This was a first for me! I had the opportunity to have breakfast on Parliament Hill with some MP’s and the deputy speaker of the house today. They invited members of the rare disease community to share their experiences and concerns. I spoke to Tom Kmiec and even had the chance to give him some of the books I have published.

It was a very special experience and I am so grateful I was able to attend.
